BotForge is a fast-paced sprint where teams build smart, domain-specific
chatbots using AI (LLM) or rule-based logic. The event has two rounds: a quiz
followed by scenario-based development. In just 75 minutes, teams must
design, build, and demo a fully functional chatbot. This challenge tests coding,
conversational design, and problem-solving skills.
Format & Instructions
Team Formation: Teams of 3 participants.
Round 1 – Quiz (15 mins): 20 quiz-style questions on chatbots, conversational design, and domain knowledge.
Wild Card Entry: A small game for eliminated teams will be conducted and one team can re-enter Round 2.
Round 2 – Scenario Based: Each team receives a real-world use case. From the scenario, they must identify the domain (e.g., Event Management Assistant, Customer Support Bot) then design and implement a fully functional chatbot using LLM or rule-based logic.
Duration: Total 75 minutes including both rounds.
Bring Ethernet Cables: Teams must bring their own ethernet cables for stable connectivity.
